My name is Tyler Emmons, and I am a third-year student at the University of Florida majoring in advertising and minoring in leadership. I am an active member of several organizations on campus, including Campus Diplomats, the Freshman Leadership Council and the Delta Chi Fraternity, just to name a few.  With only a little over a year left at UF, I plan to make the most of every moment.

After graduation, I intend to either attend graduate school or portfolio school. I am very interested in the creative side of advertising and would like to continue onward with it.  After I finish all of my schooling, I plan to move to a bigger city to work for an advertising firm or a magazine company.  However, my dream career would be to work for Walt Disney World as a Disney Imagineer.

 

If I were to chose one word to describe myself it would be creativity.  I have used this value to shape the person I have become today. Creativity is something that can be applied to literally anything, and it allows me to see so much more than what is on the surface.
